Please read the complete Privacy Policy below, as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use, and contact us if you have any questions.

Introduction

When using our Websites, we gather certain types of information about and from you, and it’s important that you understand how we collect and use this information. This Privacy Policy discloses what information we gather, how we gather it, how we use your information, how you can control, amend, or remove your personal information, and what steps we take to safeguard your personal information.

What User information we collect

You can visit our Websites, read materials, and browse the Websites’ publicly accessible content without giving us any personally identifiable information. In order to provide you with the most efficient and enhanced personalized service and attention, and to accommodate certain requests which you make, we may ask you to provide us with personal information and we may collect certain information automatically.

Information volunteered by User

Most of the interactive features or services offered on our Websites, as well as all purchases, membership services and subscription services, require you to provide specific personally identifiable information about yourself or your company in order for us to provide you with the information, service, product, feature, membership, or subscription requested or purchased as well as the best user experience.

Personally identifiable information required may include, but is not limited to your name, surname, email address, telephone number, mobile number, company name, home address, postal address, work address, credit card details or other such information as may be required for us to fulfil your request or purchase.

Certain fields will be marked as mandatory fields, which is information we require that is essential to the fulfilment of your request. Should you choose not to provide this information, such as your email address for example, we will be unable to fulfil your request or provide you with the required service.

Certain fields will not be mandatory fields and should you elect not to complete these fields, you will still receive the requested product, service or feature, however this may limit the extent to which we are able to customise your experience, or the extent to which you are able to take advantage of the features offered on our Websites.

Credit Card Information

Our online shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by Ontraport, which is a highly reputable online service provider with a secure online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you and receive credit card payments securely.

When you make direct payments via credit card for products or services you wish to purchase on our Websites, you will be directed to Ontraport’s SSL encrypted, secure online payment gateway to process your credit card transaction.

The transmission of credit card information for the purposes of authorising your transaction, is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Ontraport stores your credit card data on a secure server behind a firewall, only as long as is necessary to complete your product purchase, or over the renewal period of your chosen membership or subscription service.

At no point during the transaction do we take custody of, or store your credit card information on our Websites or servers and only authorized personnel have access to your information stored on Ontraport’s server.

Note: The standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, is a joint effort by brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our online store and associated service providers.

Online Assessments and Tools

Certain free and paid for products and services offered on our Websites may include various online interactive tools such as assessments, diagnostics, worksheets, exercises, surveys, questionnaires, and any other such tools, and should you elect to use these tools, you may be required to volunteer specific personally identifiable or confidential information about yourself or your company to gain the full benefit of these tools.

Information collected automatically from User

When accessing or using our Websites, like most commercial websites, we receive and store certain types of information automatically, using Web Server Logs, Google Analytics, “cookies” and other tracking and analytical software. Information collected automatically may include, for example, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, referring website address, affiliate ID, browser type, amongst other information, which cannot identify you personally.

Use of cookies

A “cookie” is a very small text document stored on your hard drive, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier and its purpose is to track usage patterns on our Websites for analytical purposes, and may include, for example, date and time of visits, page views, duration of visits, and websites visited just before and just after visiting our Websites.

When you visit our Websites, our server requests permission from your computer to store this file on your hard drive in a system folder specifically designated for cookies. Any website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to your computer, not the cookies sent to it by other websites.

You have the option of turning cookies off in your internet browser, but that may affect your online experience and prevent us from providing you with the best user experience and certain features, customizations and offerings may not be available to you.

In the event of you unsubscribing, we will take commercially reasonable steps to remove your email address as quickly as possible, if not immediately. However, if you are subscribed to a sequential email service, it may take up to 10 days to clear your email address from our database.

Security of personal information

Wherever possible and within our means, we employ industry best practices internally and with our service providers, to protect and secure User information in such a manner that we believe suits the degree of sensitivity of the information involved to maintain the security of your personal information and to avoid its disclosure except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Although we have implemented systems and procedures to secure the data maintained by us, security during Internet transmissions can never be assured. Our policy is to limit access to personal data to those employees or agents with a specific need to access or retrieve this information. We store data on multiple service systems, in controlled environments, and to maintain security we conduct internal reviews of our security measures on a regular basis.

Most websites today are still hosted on shared servers without SSL encryption, making them more vulnerable to security breaches. Our Websites are hosted on a dedicated, secure server with 256 bit SSL encryption, which is one of the highest levels of digital security an online service provider can offer.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all Users, we use software to monitor website traffic and identify and block unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or jeopardise the security of our database or otherwise cause damage to our Websites or create security vulnerabilities.

We only contract with third party providers who employ stringent security measures and we take reasonable measures to ensure all parties, including Users, comply with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Users are also encouraged to immediately report any suspicious activities, corrupt content or files, website vulnerabilities, errors, broken links, user abuse, copyright infringements, misrepresentations, unlawful activity or any other activity or issue they believe may be harmful or pose a security risk to user information, our Websites, or any hardware or software, by contacting us via our Contact Us page.

We will continue to employ more sophisticated security measures and systems as they become available, which help website owners prevent minors from accessing unsuitable content, or preventing the transmission and storage of their personal information.
